Afternoon Tea networking at Hotel Du Vin
Kato Star Events organised a Queens Jubilee “Afternoon Tea” Networking event at Hotel du Vin in Birmingham City Centre.
The key to the success of the day was the relaxed environment, providing a fantastic opportunity for all attendees to build or create new relationships with like minded professionals. The event enjoyed great support from the local business community with 55 different organisations represented on the afternoon. A great mix of business owners, senior decision makers and great connectors made this a very memorable and effective event.
Kato Star’s brand is building a very well deserved reputation for delivering some of the most creative and high quality events.
What delegates had to say:
“I had the pleasure of attending one of her events yesterday – Her company ‘Kato Star Events’ hosted a ‘Diamond Jubilee Afternoon Tea’ at Hotel du Vin in Birmingham! What an incredible afternoon, such attention to detail, wonderful champagne & treats, superb entertainment with a super ambience.
Many guests were from Birmingham’s Corporate Sector, thus the setting provided a great opportunity for meeting up with friends and networking with new people. Julia has a wonderful approach to her work, ensuring that all her clients and guests are having a great time! I will definitely be attending her forthcoming events, as you are guaranteed a super time with total professionalism! I would recommend Julia wholeheartedly for planning events”.

“I would just like to say what an excellent event Julia and Kato Star Events put on last week. Afternoon Tea in a relaxed atmosphere with background entertainment was a different way of networking with lots of people who were new to me and I thought the event was a huge success.
If it’s a networking event, a team building event or corporate event, I would have no hesitation in recommending Julia and Kato Star Events.”
Jonathan Tyson – Else Solicitors
“I attended one of the networking events organised by Julia of Kato Star. The first thing I would say is that they are more than “just another networking event”. Julia comes up with some novel ideas for her events and organises them professionally down to the last detail. The result is that everything goes so smoothly on the day that it all seems to run itself – a true mark of the planning and organisation by Julia to make sure that everyone both enjoys the event and is able to make the most of the networking opportunity.
If you go along alone you will not be short of company or new contacts to meet, or you could go along with colleagues, clients or contacts and use the event for corporate entertaining. A number of the people I spoke to have already been to more than one event and were wondering what the next one will be, and where and when, so I would recommend joining them.”
